Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not create with Amz Product AI. By using our image generation tools, you agree to follow this policy and all applicable laws.

AI Content Safety

You may not use Amz Product AI to generate, edit, request, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or fetish content
• Nude, semi-nude, erotic, or provocative depictions of real or fictional people
• Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or face-manipulation content
• Content involving minors in any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or unsafe context
• Illegal, regulated, hateful, harassing, violent, or self-harm content
• Content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Counterfeit product imagery, misleading marketplace claims, or content that deceives buyers

Moderation

We screen image generation prompts before sending them to AI generation providers. Prompts may be blocked when they violate this policy or when the moderation system is temporarily unavailable.

If a prompt is rejected, you must revise the request before trying again. Attempting to bypass moderation, hide prohibited intent, or repeatedly submit prohibited requests may result in account restrictions or termination.

Marketplace Use

Amz Product AI is designed for legitimate ecommerce creative workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that generated images, claims, packaging, logos, and product depictions are accurate and that you have the rights needed to use uploaded and generated content.

Enforcement

We may block generation, remove access, suspend accounts, or terminate service when this policy is violated. We may update this policy as our product, moderation requirements, or legal obligations change.
